BT Cloud

Hi,

Are there currently any issues with the BT Cloud?

Since early this morning, Friday, on my Dashboard it has been constantly "syncing", and every couple of minutes I get a pop message telling me I am signed into the cloud?

It also says 0.0b used of 0.0b ??

Hi @elgordof1  sorry that you had this problem with the Cloud service. Is this still happening or has the fault cleared for you now?

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply.

It has finally finished "syncing", I have no idea why it was doing it, as nothing had changed on my laptop. I am no longer getting the "you are signed in" message every 2 minutes.

However, I decided to back up my "desktop" and "documents" etc, and the backup has been ongoing for over 48 hours now......Is that normal?

Hi @elgordof1  thanks for the update and I would not expect that the backup would take this long. You would be best to give the Cloud helpdesk a call on 0800 500 3114. They are open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri and 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
