I have two machines a Windows 10 PC and an Apple mac. I've been using the cloud for months with no problem. over the past few days whenever I try to log on to the BT Cloud with the mac I'm told that it appears my mac won't work with it "It doesn't look like you're eligible for BT Cloud on this BT. My PC, on the other hand works as normal.
@forumuser1 I'm sorry to see you're having problems accessing the BT Cloud on your Apple Mac. If you contact the Cloud helpdesk they'll be able to help. You can reach them on 0800 500 3114 Open 9am to 9pm Mon - Fri 9am to 6.30pm Sat and Sun.
