BT Cloud?

Go to solution

Just trying to get to grips with BT Cloud.

Can anyone advise, if I use BT Cloud on a Windows laptop and a Windows desktop PC do the full files get shared to each PC like OneDrive, or is the master only on the "creating" PC and a shortcut to it on the second, like Google Drive?

Thanks.

Hi @Thompson218 and thanks for posting.

Here's a handy BT Cloud Guide which will hopefully answer your question.

Cheers

Re: BT Cloud?

Thanks for the link. it didn't really answer my question but I've achieved that myself now.

In the context of my question, ie two Windows based devices using the BT Cloud client, it behaves like Microsoft OneDrive in that what you do on one device gets synchronised to the other. This is fine for the way I want to use it but I can't really agree with the BT claim that it saves space when on Windows devices at least, the original fie remains on the device and gets replicated on the other.

Thanks again.
