BT Cloud

I accepted a BT Cloud software update about two weeks ago. It deleted the software from my Windows PC and has not worked since. I have tried uninstalling the BT Cloud client software and re-installing it but it still does not work. Have contacted the helpdesk but not received any help. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Is there a fix?

I am having exactly the same problem. Relying on OneDrive at the moment but would like my extra layer of backup.

There is an ever expanding thread on issues with the latest BT Cloud update for Windows which can be found here BT Cloud Won't Start . You are not the only one having problems!
