BT Cloud

I have used BT cloud successfully until the recent software update. Now it seem very unreliable  and does not back -up all entries.  I used to be able to see date across all connected PCs and devices, now it seem to be hit or miss!

I was told recently after calling the help line that the problem was known to BT and they will be fixing it. Do other used have the same problem? If so does anyone know when BT will upgrade the software with one that works?

Can anyone enlighten me on this issue?
