I have seen this subject posted before but the answer is not clear. Any help would be appreciated
I have two BT accounts under the same ID one FTTC and one FTTP with cloud storage of 200 MB and 1 TB respectively now I have tried every option I can find, but I cannot seem to switch to the 1 TB cloud option.
Does anyone know how to do this is done or even how to contact BT to get this done as that is equally as mysterious
