I just got an email with the 12 months xbox free gamepass with my new broadband package and sms with instructions, to go to content partner option under myBT but the option does‘t exists and i'm not able to add any extras apart from tv mobile or landline. After googling about it, it looks like it's easier to resolve through here that the customer care route on the website.
Any help would be much appreciated.

when was your activation date? you need to wait at least until the 14 days cooling off period has passed before you can access pass
after that you can try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
