BT Cloud works well on both my main PC and on my laptop, no issues at all, but not on wife's PC where there is no onscreen response at all to starting it and I can only suspect it's because an essential service may not be running. This wouldn't be surprising as it's an old PC of mine on which an awful lot of what iffing used to happen. It's running a 32 bit version of Win 10 in 8GB ram and apart from being a bit slow it hasn't exhibited any other problems at all. I know I could reinstall Windows but that would be both time consuming and possibly costly replacing old 3rd party software for which I may not have either the install software or licence details. I really can do without OH complaining that things she uses all the time aren't working. 😒
Is it possible to check the service requirements for PC Cloud or are there any other suggestions? I use an imaging program so don't have a problem with upsetting things.
