I've always used the link https://www.bt.com/wifi/secure/index.do?s_cid=con_FURL_btfon and this has always stated BT infinity 1 opted out as status, if I've factory reset the hub either a 5B or 6A it's always deactivated bt wifi/fon within 48 hours so can't understand why it's not working over a week later ? I've phoned bt wifi dept and explained the situation and they are going to request a manual deactivation of the service could take up to 5 days so will wait and see? Otherwise the hub 6 has been working rock solid since the new update 😃
