I've had BT Infinity 4 since Sep 15 with just 50GB BT Cloud included. I've just noticed that Infinity 4 is now advertised with 500GB.
I'm trying to find out whether I'm entitled to the advertised quota before I delve in to the the long winded BT Customer Services phone call!

Accounts being upgraded to new advertised Cloud stotage sizes over next 2 months. Customers will be notified as it happens.

Question - As I am getting an extra 500gb cloud storiage - and I currently pay £9/month for 500gb - which I will nor longer need.
Are BT smart enough to drop the £9 charge - or at least check - or will they assume I now need one terra (500gb + 500gb) and keep charging me £9 per month?
Just like to know to see if I can save the endless referals around the BT customer service system.... and keep BT's costs down by not haveing to field needless phone calls......
