Hi @chrisdw Thanks for taking my call earlier and all looks set at opted out at our end and the hub should automatically update after the 28 days it has been connected.
If this doesn't happen post back and let me know and I'll be happy to pick the case up again and get it fixed for you.
Looks like I'm having the same issue once again unfortunately! BT WiFi became active on my SmartHub 2 again about two months ago. I've remained opted out on the relevant section of the website, and I've also twice tried opting in, waiting a couple of days, then opting out to see if it opts me out but it doesn't. The last attempt was over a month ago so well beyond the 28 days it takes to update on the router.
Any chance a mod could please have a look or pass on to the relevant dept? I honestly wouldn't mind it being active but unfortunately living in flats, there's so much wifi interference as is that the BT WiFi networks seem to cause performance issues (which disappear when they're disabled) so I'd rather they were off.
