Hi @RobbieMac, unfortunately there's still not been much progress. I received an email on 1st Oct with a complaint reference number (VOL013-*****) but haven't had any further contact since. Would I be best giving the complaints line a call to find out what's happening?

Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about you.  I'm just waiting on my colleague to get back in touch with me about this one.  Apologies that it's taking so long.  I'll reach out for an update as to what stage they're at and I will get back to you when I have received word back.
