I had to change my password for My BT after a message telling me my access was being compromised. I did this and can access My BT but I cannot access the BT Mail App on my mobile. All I get is a message to re-login and when I do I get this message on screen - " Unable to log in. No Network available". I have reinstalled the app but get the same message.
How can I get access to my email s on my phone as I seem to be going round in circles? Is there a problem with the App?
The BTMail app is poor in my opinion and you would be better to use different email app even the one that comes pre installed on your phone.
If you do want to keep usig it I would suggest that you unistall it again then restart your phone and then re install it remembering to use your new password.
