After being unable to open my app for several days, Neil (from BT) suggested the community forum. I have Version 8.24.1 installed, updated 7 September 2021, uninstalled and reinstalled. It normally works well each time, but this is the second period it hasn't, about one year apart, on different Motorolas. It says No Connection, even though I'm using the phone for all kinds of internet use on the same day! Any thoughts please?BT App Message
