I'm getting pretty fed up with continually setting my BT app up. Pretty much every day when I open the app I am told that I need to set it up again. Put in mobile no; get a pin; sign in; enter BT ID; etc.
Surely it should remember all this?
Same phone and number - no changes with anything except the day of the week!
BUMP - any suggestions here?
It happens to me every couple of months or so but nothing like what you're experiencing.
Have you tried deleting the app, restarting your phone and re-installing the app?
If that doesn't help then you should email app support at the address given in the app store, mobile.apps.support@bt.com.
