I have recently joined BT plus and was given a boost of Data on my mobile.
The BT mobile app on my phone does not show the additional boost and when I am on the go I cannot check my balance!
I have to get home and check my account online for usage.
Its's time for an update!

When did you upgrade to Plus? Normally when you can't see the ballance or double data that you may have a stuck open order. If you could check BT Tracker - Orders and see if your Plus upgrade has completed..
If the order is still showing as open or an issue, you need to have a chat with BT Mobile Online Chat and explain that you have an open order. This will normally need to be sent to a specialist team to close.

Ouch! I'd give them a call on 150 and explain that its not updating the app or allowance. If you have done that already, give it one more try and ask for an update. If you still hit a blank we can ask the moderators to get an update for you. Does everything else show ok on your BT.com account?
The BT app is still the same with no update and response from BT.
I will be happy to hear if one of you guys with BT take it up and get the BT app sorted! :catfrustrated:

The BT mobile app is not reflecting the same status for mobile data which makes it difficult to see while on the move.
Tried explaining to BT but no success!
Can the moderator get an update from BT on this issue.
The screenshot from the online account looks like the right one.
I switched to Plus back in May but it's taken until today for the data boost to be shown on the bargraph on the mobile app, before that the bargraph showed my original data allowance and the data boost was shown in a seperate note further down the screen.
