BT Mobile and SmartTalk Apps not working - is there a BT Server issue ?

My BT Mobile App has stopped working and I can't get a PIN to reset it. Also, the BT SmartTalk App does not install.

Is there a BT Server issue stopping these working ?

Any advice to make them work ?

BT Mobile App working by switching off WiFi and completing the installation just using the mobile signal !

Both apps now working so suspect a server issue !
