Any idea what they did? I have been communicating with BT for weeks on Athena same issue with no luck so far! Even upgraded our BT Broadband in between but the brand new Hub instal made no difference...

Can you tell me a little more about the problem you are having with Parental Controls, are any websites getting blocked that should be getting blocked?
Can you post a screenshot of your Parental Control settings?
Thanks Matt, your colleague/peer David has been helping me for a few months and the issue is with BT engineers apparently. No luck as yet sadly - I was searching for comparable cases in the hope they might shed some light in our problem!
Still, no luck but they have come back to me saying that it might be in relation to our IP address. They are still working on getting this resolved and it is looking like they will need to delete the Parental controls in the background and then re-add them.
