BT Protect and BT Parental controls.

I have read over a lot of different threads on the internet that trying to use an alternative and non-BT DNS is a big problem with either of these two enabled.

Is it true that disabling/removing both will allow me to use  non-BT DNS servers on my TP link router/devices?

Re: BT Protect and BT Parental controls.

Is there any way in which someone on here could check whether they are disabled on my account?

I have contacted BT live chat today, and at best they understood what I wanted to do....But whether they actually did it i'm not 100% sure.

The problem is i cannot access MyBT account on any browser no matter what I do, as i keep getting redirected back to my email inbox.

Re: BT Protect and BT Parental controls.

You can download MyBT as an app on either iOS or Android.

This will show what is enabled and disabled on your particular package.

Hi, @Grewks94 can you clear your cookies and cache in your browser settings then try logging into MyBT using this link?
