Apparently, been told that due to a landline fault, I cannot use the SMART TALK app, no problem with the internet/broadband, thought this app used the internet?
Not very good if I cannot make calls through this app.
Also, calls are NOT being diverted to my mobile, landline rings, pick up and answer, then goes to loud 'buzzing' sound.
This fault is already being looked at by engineering (with a completion date of Thursday 26/09!, NOT GOOD!)

Only noticed bcause it's my birthday (a big number with a zero).
