No, nothing sorted. I don't think they have been in contact, the only contact I have had was due to the complaint I put in after the person was rude to me.
Still no news for the UK BT Smart Talk Team. Were they unable to help?
Hi @smurf001 Sorry about that. There seems to be some confusion as the person you spoke with at the end of August was from the Smart Talk team and I have went back to them now as they have closed the case after speaking with you then.
Oh right. I thought you had said the person calling would be from the UK which they weren't and I struggled to understand them. I think I will just leave it then as I have it working on one phone.
