BT SmartTalk for Windows Phones

Any news on the BT SmartTalk app for Windows Phones? Anyone know if it's likely to happen?

From the lack of replies, I guess it's not going to happen then.  BT really should realise that there's more than two types of mobile out there nowadays.

Re: BT SmartTalk for Windows Phones

Have spoken direct with the BT team about apps for Windows phones and the bottom line is that BT are no longer developing Apps for Windows.

The App to go direct to BT WiFi with Fon was invaluable - now no longer available.

Also found this weekend that cannot login to MyBt on Windows phone - but can on Windows Desktop!!

So far no response to my request to BT for an explanation for the MyBT issue.

As a side issue - notice that contributions to this Community Forum get less and less by the month - not suprised really as little gets done when an issue is raised.

Re: BT SmartTalk for Windows Phones

Shame, I was looking forward to using this.  I'm now wondering what the benifits to moving from my old adsl provider to BT infinity 2 are to be honest.  It's costing me four times as much and the speed is lousy and not any faster most of time.

Will have to have a rethink on this situation.  Not happy.
