BT Smarttalk

Dear BT my mobile phone say This mobile phone's already linked to another BT smarttalk service. I had had this phone & number for 6 years but the app now will not work. What do I do ?

Have you recently changed your phone, or re-installed tha app.?

That has caused the problem, as explained on this page.

BT SmartTalk issues

If you follow the instuctions on that page, you will be able to get it working again.

You will need to connected to BT Broadband to access any links I post which are hosted on my website..
If you are connected to BT Broadband, and you cannot access them, then please let me know on this thread. Thanks.

Hi keith

For my issue the fix is to contact the previous owner of the telephone but I am the only owner of this phone !

I have nothing to do with BT, perhaps one of the moderators did?

Only the account holder would be able to talk to BT.
