Hi, in the past I have accessed the bt sport app on my kindle fire by  I installing the latest apk file. I have installed the latest one but it fails to load as it needs to access Google play services. is there any way round this?

Re: BT Sport App on Kindle Fire

Hi @Dpking,

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. We don't support the BT Sport app on Amazon Fire devices - we only make it available for download through the Google Play Store. Any device that ships with the Play Store will also have Google Play Services available. Unfortutunately, Amazon Fire devices don't fall into this category, so the app won't run.

Kind Regards,

Colin

Re: BT Sport App on Kindle Fire

I am having a similar problem on an Nvidia shield. After update to 4.2 app prompts for Google play service update. But Google play service is already up to date.
I tried again with the latest update 4.3, same problem.
