I have BT Sport free with EE. I used to be able to watch The BT Sport app on my mobile with either my 4G mobile connection or my home WiFi. All of a sudden it has decided it will online work on my mobile 4G data and not my WiFi. Does anybody have a solution to this please? I have reset the app, logged in/out. All the usual stuff.
The BT Sport on EE offerring has always required that an EE sim card be present in the device in order to watch live play back and some video content. As long as your device has the sim card still in it and connected to wifi - all should be well.
The VC011 error is specific to playback (not related to your EE sim card needing to be present) - is this happening all the time with a specific channel or has resolved itself?
