I'm absolutely tearing my hair out with the BT TV app.
I subscribe to Fibre and the Total Entertainment TV package. I've seemingly never been able to get more than one device at a time registered which has been irritating enough. After I sold my previous iPad, I removed it from the Device Management list, leaving me with two empty slots.
However, I now cannot register any devices! Whenever I try to view content, it says Device Limit Reached (error AP928) even though I visibly have two empty slots! For all their other faults, I never had these problems with Sky Go, Now TV etc. Can anyone help?

They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
Did you manage to look into this? Still can't register any devices.
I have checked our email queue and we have received your details. We are a little behind at the moment which has resulted in a delay getting back to you.
As soon as you reach the top of our email queue one of the guys will be in touch to help.
All fixed - thank you so much Mods! It turns out an old device had 'locked' the app in some kind of intermediate state, preventing the slot from ever being used. All reset and fixed now. Thanks again!
