BT TV App managing devices - it is all locked

Hi

On my TV app on my iPhone, it says I have reached my limit (2 are locked), but it does not tell me what devices are registered and so I cannot delete to re-add after 30 days...please help. From reading there are many others with the same problem, I need these all reset to zero, so I can then add in the devices.

The 2 locked ones will more than likely be your Youview box and the app on Youview
