BT / TV everywhere app error TVE_A931

I am a new user, and get the above error, any solutions anyone?

It means you're not using your primary BT ID to log in. You have to use your primary ID to login to the Bt TV app. This is the same email address you use to login to my Bt website. TBH though even though I am definitely using my primary ID I am getting the same error code still and have spent 4 days and several hours on the phone/online chat trying to resolve this
