BT TV online player

Hello.

Has anyone any idea on why do I receive an error code saying that I have too many devices registered to view when I have zero devices registered in device settings.

 

Not sure which would be the best dept to contact via phone so would be grateful for any assistance here please.

 

Have recently upgraded to UHD BT TV.

 

Not sure if that has anything to do with online player but thought i'd mention in case

It sounds like you have already checked Managing and changing your devices for the BT TV app and online player. If that is the case; then please contact the BT TV Tech Chat team.
