My BT Virus protect is coming up on laptop on Windows 7 saying it’s deactivated but working on my two windows 10 PC in the house . McAfee wants me to log in to re activate ! I have tried to re activate but asking for user ID and password which I never had as far as I am aware . My BT ID doesn’t work ! Tried uninstalling and reinstall and still the same says it’s deactivated and can’t access . Any clues please

Re: BT Virus Protect /McAfee

Are you sure you have enough licences to have it on more than two devices?

BT Virus Protect

BT Virus Protect for 2 devices comes as standard with all our broadband packages, except Halo 2 with Fibre which comes with 15 devices. You can increase to 15 licences for only £4 a month, with the first month free.
