BT Web Protect Stuck - Doesn't seem to activate. - Please try again later

Hi,

I enabled BT Web Protect about 4/5 days ago and it continually says that it is activating within 24 hours. 

It's now been well over 24 hours.

Unfortunatly Chat has been unable to resolve the problem. 

Is there anyone that can help me out with this please?

I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

Sorry for the problems you're having using Web Protect.  This isn't something the Community is going to be able to help with.  We will need to get this picked up and we'll get a fault raised for you.

Hi @oakserver  Thanks for sending over your details. I can see that the faults team were in touch with you last night and they have closed the fault as the Web Protect service is now working ok. Will you post back and confirm that it is working ok for you and if not l'll get another fault raised.
