Every time I try to turn off BT Web Protect it says it will take 2 hours and to check back, when I do this, nothing changes.
I've been trying for about a week now, and have even tried resetting my router.
I click the button above saying "switch off" and confirm the action, then I get this notification:
which is saying it will be "turned on" in the next 2 hours!?
It's bizarre.
I put the webprotect on to avoid phishing scam etc websites but now it won't let me even shop on websites that sells bras! Very frustrating, there doesn't even seem to be a way to tailer the websites it allows me to visit. But mainly I just want to turn it off, it's very annoying.
Any help/suggestions please!
