Our BT bill is paid from our joint bank account, so we are joint BT account holders. I can see all our account info online, and it says I am an Account Holder.
But my wife has the Primary ID for our account, so my BT ID does not allow access to BT Wi-Fi.
How can we both get access to BT Wi-Fi?
You can`t unless you enter your wife`s BT ID and password into your BT Wifi app. Once its entered, it cannot be seen by anyone else.
I am the account holder, but have my BT ID entered on my phone and my wife`s one.
