The option to opt out is at the bottom of that page.
Definately not showing in my account. I'm wondering if it's because I also have BT Mobile which includes BT WiFi, but no opt out options there either.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they will post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.

In the mean time can you confirm you are logging in using your primary BT ID, can you see any extras in MyBT?
Thanks for your help. I have completed the form as requested. I am logging into MyBt with my primary BT ID. I can see all the products and extras I have listed. On going into Manage Your Extras - Manage BT Wifi there is no opt out dropdown anywhere on the page. BT Wifi is showing as Active. I suspect this has come about via BT Mobile.
