Have you tried uninstalling the app, re-starting your phone then re-instlling the app.
BT need to update the app to work with Marshmallow, they've had plenty of time to do this - I have ended up uninstalling the app as it won't work at all (using Nexus 6 with Marshmallow) and no clue as when they will update it - will just have to keep checking the play store
etx01 - Have you evr reported this as an issue to BT ? I think reporting it is probably the best bet on this. I will report it tomorrow. I did have a phone number to contact BT wifi support direct rather than go through all the call centres - I will try to find the number and post on here. I reported it last weeek and will do so again tomorrow.
