BT Wifi App does auto log in to BT Wifi hot spots other than home network - have uploaded profile in the settings part , still no success

I am using Iphone SE (2020) with BT as service provider and still not able to auto connect - previous had an android phone with Vodapone as service provider with no issue connecting automatically - Is this an IOS issue ?
