BT Wifi-X opt out

Hi, I have tried opting out of BTWifi-X by following the instruction in this page http://bt.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/12958/~/how-do-i-opt-out-of-bt-wi-fi%3F.  The problem is 'BTWi-Fi' does not appear in the 'Inclusive Extras' page. Please can anyone help?

can take up to 4 weeks for hub to change status

Thanks very much or replying. Somehow I couldn't log in via the link even though I have the correct password. Then i thought about going back to the Inclusive Extras page and to my surprise the opt out option has appeared there. Problem solved! Thanks again.
