Re: BT Wifi & Fon

Update - It's  been nearly 2 weeks since the incident was raised at BT and there's still no change,My username is still not recognised on the "Check my status" Website and the facility to opt in/out is still missing from My Extras on my main BT account.

Re: BT Wifi & Fon

** Update ** - Today the option to opt in/out of BT Wifi/Fon ih back on my online account -BTOpt.jpg

But my username and password are still not recognised on the Check my status and BT Wifi websites.

BT Fon is not not enabled on my Hub6 but I guess it would be if I rebooted it.
