BT Wifi iOS profile

I have an iPhone 4s for my work phone. I have downloaded the BT Wifi app and entered my details.

However there is absolutely no option to install a connection profile in Help and Settings. On my personal iPhone I can see that option. Any ideas why it isn't showing up?

Basically I've got no way of installing the connection profile without it. Thanks.

Has some aspect of your work phone been hobbled by an IT department, by any chance?

It is a corporate iPhone yes. I'm wondering the same thing.

If it is your IT Dept blocking the app's use you might still be able to log on without using the BTWifi app.

Once it has connected, open the BTWifi landing page and select the drop down "BT Broadband Customer" and enter your username and password.

Yes I know I can log in via the website at any point. BT should provide a link to install the profile though as the phone SHOULD let me as our corporate literature refers to a profile and I've managed to get it installed on the phone in the past.

If you are using it as a business user and using a business log-on profile you may be better posting your problem on the BT Business Forum.
