Every time I use the app for billing or usage it says "Sorry, it looks like we're having some technical issues. Please try again later."
It's been doing this for some time now, I've cleared cache, data, and uninstalled/reinstalled and no change.
Anyone any suggestions?
I've kind of solved this: I use pi-hole and it's clearly blocking some hosts the app is using. If I disable the blocking it works fine. Why a BT app needs to connect to atgsvcs.com and others I don't know, but at least I have a workaround.
I don't know if anyone is having this problem still but ensure IPv6 DHCP is switched on in pi-hole (settings > DHCP tab).
This also allows bt tv sports to work otherwise the "IPC6023' Internet error shows.
