BT cloud continual login failed from client and web site

I can't work out what has gone wrong but for the past few weeks I can logon to bt.com with my BT id fine but I can't access the BT cloud with the same user id and password. It is like I'm locked out. Anyone know how I get this fixed. It used to work fine for me.

Hi locksheath,

 

Thanks for letting me now the Cloud helpdesk were able to get this sorted for you. 'Details in the account set-up which were incomplete were leading to the failed login to BT Cloud. Once these were fixed BT Cloud is back and working fine as before.'
