OK, so three questions - rather basic, I expect, but I just can't find out how to do them:
1) (as a starter!) where do I post messages related to btcloud? I posted here because it is the closest, but I can't find a board that is appropriate
2) when I click help on the the btcloud main page, I get a message saying: 404, Sorry, we couldn't connect you. How can I get to the help page?
3) when I login to btcloud on the web, I sometimes get a login page at https://btcloud.bt.com/web/test/login which does not work. It won't accept my real password (whereas https://btcloud.bt.com/web/ accept the very same password)
4 ----AND THIS IS THE BIGGY--- I can work around the problems, but should a I really trust all my files a product that has such basic problems?

on your point 2, I have never used the Help link but yes I too get this error message - BT this needs fixing
on point 3, if you search google for "BT Cloud login" you do see 2 results, one is for the test page you mention & the other via the bt.com main portal, I too cannot login to the test page using the same account - so id just ignore this link, not is most likely for testing only - just a guess.
I am using the BT Cloud app on my MacOS laptop & also iPhone, so any help I can offer just shout out, I am not a site moderator though.
Here we are nearly 7 months later and the Help link still does not work.
Can a moderator pressurise BT to get it fixed please
