BT cloud log in

Since the update am unable to acess Cloud from desktop as it will not recognise password.I can log in to MY Bt  no problem both passwords are the same.What is going on it is a complete shambles.

I just downloaded the BT Cloud app to my iPad.

 

My attempts to log in are repeatedly rebuffed by this message:62DAE2C0-39B3-44B1-AF74-147730D5044E.pngError message repeatedly prevents log in.

Do you have any recommendations?
