Since the latest update, the BT folder on my computer (windows 10) doesn't sync with the web version. There is no way of forcing a sync. My broadband is working . I can log in to my BT cloud on the web but the files on this don't match the files shown on my computer.
How do I make them sync?

Does it say 'All in sync' or give any sort of error message?
Hmm - it's an odd one. My advise would be to uninstall and reinstall (if you haven't already), and if it's still playing up to call the BT Cloud helpdesk or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
