BT cloud

I can log in to BT cloud on the web using my BT log in, however if I try to log in to BT cloud using the Android app I continually get a message saying my username or password is incorrect. How can this be? It means I am at present unable to auto-upload files and photos because my phone is not logged in to the BT cloud app.
