Has anyone had issues with BT cloud loosing stored content?
I have 10year + old photo's and I can not retrieve them, most are of sentimental value ... making me very worried that they are now retrivable.
I have call BT cloud and they tell me that this is a known issue and will be fix in a day. It's been 3 weeks now !
Any idea how I can escalate this? The people I speak to never want to give the phone (or even an email address) of their supervisors.
