Our bt parental control has never worked since we moved home (fine at old address). Tried everything, phoned bt customer services, tried all sorts so-called solutions, been a year, NOTHING worked. Horrified just now finding out in browsing history my 7 year old googled inappropriate words and **bleep** images were shown. Searched the forum, it seems I need a moderator to help, please someone helps!
