BT upgrade to EE broadband

I am having problems with BT to EE broadband upgrade.  I can only access my emails via outlook/safari not able to access via mobile email apps.  Also not able to connect to wifi when I am out of the house.  I was always able to do this before the upgrade.  Anyone else having problems?
