Just updated my package and added virus protect up to 15 devices £4/mth. When I try to include my Apple phone, am told Mcafee doesn’t support this device. Is this correct, the virus protect excludes Apple phones and iPads? If so, why is this not highlighted on the package deal offering to cover 15 devices? Very misleading, can I cancel the additional cover?
