BT wifi app

I have downloaded the BT WiFi app to my smartphone but I keep getting an error message when I try to log in, saying "there is a problem with opting you in". My husband has an identical phone and has successfully downloaded and logged in. Why the frustrating problem for me? Can anyone help please?

Re: BT wifi app

You have to use the account holders primary email address and password, ie the same one as your husband is using assuming he is the primary account holder.

Re: BT wifi app

What make and model of phone are you using. The log on details are case sensitive. Make sure that your device is not automatically starting the log on with a capital letter if it's not meant to be. I think some iPhones do that.
